fix pb with javax.mail: when loaded from the Ivy classloader, causes a strange exception:
no object DCH for MIME type text/plain
According to what I found it seems that it is due to incompatible javax.mail and activation jars, so maybe it's related to java 6 embedding java beans activation framework.

Anyway, the fix is to load javax.mail on the classpath of the jvm launched instead of using Ivy. Not very clean, but it works...
